Audriana gets Mrs. Sackmann (again) for 3rd grade! Yahoo! We loved her as Audriana's 2nd grade teacher, so we were surprised (and thrilled) to see that she had moved up a grade. Mullan Rd doesn't post the teacher and classroom lists until 4pm on the Friday before school starts. They don't parents or kids requesting last minute changes to their "carefully thought-out" lists. We are happy....no requests for changes from us! It was really funny when Audriana saw her name under Mrs. Sackmann's classlist (it's easy to find her name because it's always at the very top!) -- she thought she had to repeat 2nd grade! But, we looked closer and saw many familiar names on the list, then saw that it was indeed 3rd grade. Whew!
