Happy 11th Birthday Ryan Sandberg!
We took a day trip to Ephrata to visit the Sandbergs -- but mostly to celebrate Ryan turning 11! These kids are really growing up! We had a very fun afternoon and enjoyed seeing the progress they have made on finishing their basement. The theatre room is going to be amazing! We were so impressed!

Camp Good Times is awesome!
Since Audriana was away at Camp Bennett, Sofia decided to go to camp, too! We created "Camp Good Times" for her and planned lots of fun and special things for her. The very first thing we did was have a picnic lunch at High Bridge Park. She wanted McDonalds...silly girl. So, I went through the drive through, got our lunch, and had a wonderful couple of hours at the park. It was a beautiful day....very warm, but the park was really shaded by all the big trees, so it was really nice. The next thing she wanted to do was have her best friend, Addy, over for a sleep over. They had dinner together with their camp counselor, Martin. : )
The next morning they woke up, had breakfast, then headed off to Turnbull in Cheney for a nature hike. Addy and Sofia wore poor Martin out! He forgot to bring the camera, so I don't have any pictures of their hike. After Turnbull, they came back to the house for lunch, then got on their swim suites and headed over to Audobon Park to go to the Splash Pad. Martin didn't forget the camera this time, so the pictures tell the story of the fun time they had! What a day! I think they were both completly exhaused from their full day at Camp Good Times.
The next day, Sofia had a day all to herself with her daddy. They went to Riverfront Park and rode the carousell and the Gondola! It was her first time on the gondola and she thought that was pretty darn cool. They then headed over to the Fish Lake Trail and went on a 4 mile bike ride! Wow! Another full day! Oh yah, I think he treated her to some frozen yogurt from Blueberry's on the South Hill, too!
